“Succession” actor Nicholas Braun was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence in New Hampshire on Friday, according to police.

A 37-year-old actor was apprehended around 11:15 p.m. on Lee Road in Moultonborough for DUI impairment and driving without headlights, as reported by the Moultonborough Police Department.

Police did not share any details regarding Braun’s arrest. It is not clear what Braun was allegedly under the influence of.

Braun is scheduled to be arraigned on Sept. 16 in Ossipee Circuit Court, according to the New Hampshire Judicial Branch.

A representative for the actor did not immediately respond to an NBC News request for comment.

Widely recognized for his role as Greg Hirsch in the beloved HBO series “Succession,” Braun charmed audiences as Cousin Greg, Logan Roy’s unsuspecting and financially motivated great-nephew. For this role, he received three Primetime Emmy Award nominations for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series.
