'Missing minute' of Jeffrey Epstein jailhouse video surfaces

An attorney known for representing victims of sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein is shocked that the allegedly “missing minute” of surveillance footage from outside Epstein’s jail cell has emerged, after U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi firmly claimed the footage didn’t exist.

Bondi had earlier dismissed the missing portion from the August 9, 2019, video recorded outside Epstein’s New York jail cell, stating the system resets nightly, causing a disruption in the recording. Her explanation fueled conspiracy theories that Epstein was killed. This week, documents released in the Epstein case featured the intact minute of the jail video.

“Pam Bondi needs to investigate who fed her these blatant untruths,” Joshua Schiffer stated on “Banfield” on Wednesday. “It’s inexcusable for the head of such a significant agency.”

Having reviewed the footage, Schiffer believes “there’s not much of significance.” He noted that it was puzzling why the previously released tape by federal authorities had the missing minute.

“Why remove that minute? What was the purpose? Why go to such lengths? Why create this complication?” questioned the attorney. “It’s baffling. Nobody seems to have an explanation.”

The updated jail surveillance video was included in the Epstein case materials released by a House Oversight Committee on Tuesday. Observers, including Schiffer, mention that most of these documents had been made public before.

Paintings of naked women, nude pic of Ghislaine Maxwell at Jeffrey Epstein house

The information includes video shot during a 2005 raid inside Epstein’s Palm Beach, Florida, residence as he was being investigated for sexual abuse. On the walls are numerous paintings of naked women and a nude photograph of Epstein accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell, who is serving a 20-year prison sentence for trafficking underage girls.

Also captured on the raid video are numerous photographs of Epstein with influential figures including Pope John Paul II and Cuban dictator Fidel Castro.

Jeffrey Epstein ‘companions’ also received massages, employee told cops

In a resurfaced audio clip, an Epstein employee answers questions from police about the regular massages his boss received twice daily from a variety of young women who would come to the house. He stopped short of saying any were minors.

“And they would give massages sometimes to him and to his companions,” the employee said.

The reference to companions is telling, says Schiffer.

“The question now is: Who?” he said.
