New images have emerged showing what the official ball for the 2026 FIFA World Cup will look like, giving fans a sneak peek at what top players will be using next summer.

Named the adidas ‘Trionda’, the ball’s design pays tribute to the three host countries—USA, Canada, and Mexico—with a sleek white base complemented by red, green, and blue panels.

The colors feature vibrant patterns inspired by the host nations. The red panel highlights the adidas logo, while the blue section features the emblem of the FIFA World Cup trophy. The name ‘Trionda’ is a combination of “Tri” for the three nations and “Onda,” which means “wave” in both Spanish and Portuguese.

The construction of the Trionda involves just four panels, reminiscent of the acclaimed 2014 ‘Brazuca’, using modern techniques to enhance consistency, precision, and durability throughout the event.

Photos leaked by @RodrigoIgnacioHerreraRoa, as reported by Footy Headlines, reveal the ball in detail out of its packaging, indicating that this may very well be the final version for the grand event.

Set for release in October, the design offers a blend of nostalgia and innovation, now only time will tell if the tournament can match the ball’s promising debut.
