A leftist celebrated the assassination of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk in a video that is making the rounds online.
The video shared early Thursday depicts a young man with a megaphone near a roadway, chanting, “We got Charlie in the neck!” as others nearby applauded. He seemed to then yell, “Who’s up next?” with the crowd responding, “DHS!”
An Instagram profile called The Yarn pointed to what was reportedly the man’s TikTok account with the name @vik.melter.
A TikTok video reveals a young man claiming he is “out here once again with protesters in Los Angeles. Protesters have trapped the DHS and ICE” within a fence. The video further showed demonstrators throwing trash over the fence and insulting the officers on the opposite side.

Kirk was fatally shot on Wednesday during a speaking event at Utah Valley University in what is being called a political assassination, per – News.
Prior to his untimely death, Kirk raised concerns about the rising “assassination culture” on the left, exposing that “forty-eight percent of liberals consider it at least somewhat justified to kill Elon Musk. Fifty-five percent expressed the same sentiment regarding Donald Trump,” referencing a report by the Network Contagion Research Institute (NCRI).
– News reported, “The conservative activist called this trend a ‘natural outgrowth of left-wing protest culture that has tolerated violence and chaos for years.’”
Not long after his assassination, leftists took to social media to mock Kirk for opposing gun control, the outlet said.
Despite the chilling and grim responses to his assassination from the left, Kirk’s pastor and friend, Rob McCoy, highlighted that his faith in Jesus Christ enabled him to live bravely.
He mentioned, “Charlie did not die but rather has begun to truly live. His life was eternally secured by His Savior Jesus Christ. This truth allowed Charlie to confront every threat bravely because he did not fear death. All evil knows is death, and they derive strength from it. Charlie lived for life and will be remembered for that.”
The pastor added, “My heart is broken for his family; His wife Erika and his two precious children. Evil has not prevailed and it will not win.”
