BOLO: Police Seek Tips on MIssing ‘At-Risk’ California Woman

Police in California are searching for a missing 30-year-old woman who hasn’t been seen in days.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, Lavonta Brown was last seen September 8 in the 1000 block of West Carson Street in Torrance.

Family members said Brown has a mental disorder; police labeled her as an “at-risk” missing person, KTLA reports.

Brown is identified as a Black woman who is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 167 pounds. She has black hair, brown eyes, and a tattoo located on the right side of her neck. The last time she was seen, she was wearing dark pants and olive-green shorts.
