Carlson: “I definitely believe he was murdered. There were clear signs of a fight; the surveillance camera wires were cut. He had just placed a take-out order and returned from a trip with friends at Catalina Island. There were no indications of depression, no note, and no unusual behavior. He had just been on the phone with a family member.

Altman: I have not talked to the authorities about it.
Carlson: “Um, and his mother claims he was murdered on your orders. “
Altman: “Do you believe that?”
Carlson: “I- I’m, Well, I’m I’m asking.”
Altman: “I mean… you, you just said it, so do you, do you believe that?
Carlson: “I think it’s crucial to investigate this. If someone accuses a company of crimes, whether it’s true or not, and then is found dead with signs of a struggle, it shouldn’t be ignored. It’s not right to assume it was suicide, especially without any signs of depression. If he was a friend, you’d expect him to reach out to his mom or someone close…”
Altman: “I did offer, she didn’t want to.”
Carlson: “Do you think that when people hear about this, it reflects their concerns over the current situation? Are they fearful that something like this could really happen?”
Altman: “I haven’t done too many interviews where I’ve been accused of, like…”
Carlson: “Oh, I’m not accusing you at all. I’m just saying his, his mother says that.”
