New Mexico teen charged with making threats after death of Charlie Kirk

NEW MEXICO (KRQE) – A teenager from New Mexico, Jace Allen, 19, is facing legal trouble for posting violent threats online. Under the username “Jebron Lames” on X, Allen allegedly made threats following Charlie Kirk’s death. He posted about intentions to carry out mass killings, targeting minorities and Jewish people, and mentioned attacking unspecified places. Additionally, he threatened a city council member in Ohio, saying, “You’re gonna be one of the first to die.”

Investigators linked the X account to Allen’s phone and residence in Jamestown, New Mexico. Allen reportedly confessed to the posts, stating that he identifies as a Neo-Nazi with animosity towards Jews and minorities, expressing a desire to incite a civil war. While he claimed not to own any firearms, videos on his phone from the previous month showed him using a rifle and a handgun.

Allen was charged with transmitting communications containing a threat to injure another person. He faces up to five years in prison.
