Stefanik raises concerns about MSF, a 501(c)(3) organization, potentially breaching the “strict prohibitions” tied to its nonprofit status. She urged Bondi’s office to evaluate MSF’s “political activities” and, if deemed necessary, to report the organization to the Internal Revenue Service.
“This issue extends beyond standard oversight,” Stefanik concluded. “It involves national security, the safeguarding of U.S. taxpayers and donors, and the protection of legitimate humanitarian agencies in deeply volatile conflict regions. President Trump has firmly stated that the United States will not accept any support for terrorist organizations, and this situation requires the same explicitness and determination.”
MSF did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s questions about Stefanik’s letter.
