After Anibal Hernandezsantana posted bail and was released on Saturday afternoon, he was taken into custody again by the FBI for federal offenses, as reported by his attorney Mark Reichel.

On Saturday evening, Reichel shared with KTXL, their affiliate, that he was on a call with Hernandezsantana as he exited his home on Carlson Drive, where FBI agents apprehended him.

Reichel said he rushed over to stop the FBI from questioning Hernandezsantana.

On Friday, the Sacramento Police Department confirmed that Hernandezsantana had fired shots at a local Sacramento news station affiliated with ABC. When officers arrived, they discovered three bullet holes in one of the building’s windows.

Police said one person was in the lobby at the time shots were fired; however, no one was hurt.

At this time, it is unknown what the specifics of the federal charges are.

This is a developing story.
