At approximately 8:54 a.m. on October 1, deputies from the Alachua County Sheriff’s Office were alerted that a white Kia sedan, listed as stolen from Arlington, Texas, was heading north on I-75 around the Micanopy area. Davis will appear before a judge on October 2, and his criminal history and bail will be available that afternoon.
