Rebecca Judd has made a bombshell admission about her very glamorous social media presence.

The 42-year-old influencer and fashion designer has opened up about the curated nature of her social media presence, admitting that the glamorous photos she posts don’t always represent her everyday life.

During a recent discussion on the Life With Danni Duncan podcast, she shared, ‘Social media is a highlight reel. I don’t dress up for fun. The spray tans, the whitening, the lashes… it’s all part of the facade!’

‘It makes me look good, but would I do that every day? Hell no!’

Bec explained that her polished Instagram posts show her in her best light, whereas her 24-Hour Stories provide a more genuine look into her daily routine.

‘It is not my real life… if you want to know what my real life is, go into my stories,’ Bec said.

‘Eighty per cent of the time when I do the school drop-off I am in pyjamas and Ugg boots.

‘I’m probably vain 10 – 20 per cent of the time, usually when I am at a work event,’ she finished.

It comes after Bec recently revealed the workout regime that keeps her in incredible shape.

The AFL WAG shared the secrets behind her slender and toned physique during a social media Q&A session.

One fan asked Bec ‘what is your workout routine?’ and the influencer responded with a photo of herself playing netball.

Over the image, she wrote out her list of exercises and lifestyle choices she undertakes to maintain her health.

‘I do Pilates once a week. Golf once a week. Cardio: tennis, twice a week. Netball once a week,’ Bec revealed.

She went on to explain that she is not much of a gym-goer because she lacks motivation.

The 42-year-old influencer and fashion designer recently confessed that the glammed-up photos she frequently shares online are not always an accurate reflection of her daily life

The influencer emphasized that the photos she regularly shares aren’t a true depiction of her day-to-day life.

'Social media is a highlight reel. I don't dress up for fun. The spray tans, the whitening, the lashes... everything!' Bec recently told the Life With Danni Duncan podcast

Reiterating her point on the podcast, she stated, ‘Social media is a highlight reel. I don’t dress up for fun. The spray tans, the whitening, the lashes… it’s all smoke and mirrors.’

‘I prefer social/team sports as I struggle with motivation if I’m trying to exercise by myself (borrrring!)’

Earlier this year, Bec revealed she has moved her mum Kerry into her $7.3 million Brighton, Melbourne mansion.

The AFL WAG’s mother has been busy cooking meals for Bec, her husband Chris Judd and their four children.

The model and influencer shares four children – Oscar, 14, Billie, 11, and twins Tom and Darcy, nine – with retired footy great Chris, 42.

The Judds met at a pub in Perth when they were both teenagers, and wed on December 31, 2010, at Melbourne’s Albert Park.
