JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (WJHL) – Get ready for fall in Johnson City as the Parks and Recreation department gears up with a couple of exciting events perfect for enjoying the fresh autumn atmosphere.

On Oct. 18, be sure to check out the Johnson City Parks and Rec Kids Zone at Main Street Days in Downtown Johnson City from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Kids can enjoy games, a scavenger hunt and prizes.

Then on Oct. 25, head over to Freedom Hall to get ready for Halloween.

Super Spooky Saturday promises candy, costumes and a few frights.

That’s happening from 4 to 7 p.m.
