CLINCHCO, Va. (WJHL) — In the Clinchco area of Dickenson County, a woman faced arrest on Saturday following an alleged stabbing incident that left a man with life-threatening injuries, as stated by Sheriff Jeremy Fleming.

Fleming reported to News Channel 11 that the incident occurred near the 100 block of Clinchco Main Street on Saturday. Deputies arrived to find a man outside a residence suffering from a stab wound to his abdomen, Fleming noted.

The man was airlifted to a nearby hospital with life-threatening injuries, Fleming told News Channel 11.

The suspect, identified by Fleming as 34-year-old Randi Moore, was detained on the spot. She faces charges of aggravated malicious wounding and attempted murder, according to Fleming.
