SAVANNAH, Ga. – The vibrant Savannah Pride Festival is on the horizon, ready to light up Forsyth Park this weekend with its 2025 “Illuminate” theme.

Scheduled for October 25 and 26, the festival invites attendees to don their best Barbie-themed outfits and revel in a cinematic experience on the lawn. The festivities will include themed beverages, engaging props, and lively entertainment. Participants can also compete in a costume contest that promises to reward the most imaginative ensembles.

In anticipation of the event, News 3 had the opportunity to speak with Michael Bell, Director of the Savannah Pride Center, and Magnolia Minxx, Producer of the Savannah Pride Event, about the exciting lineup of activities.

  • Neurosensitive/Accessibility Pride Vendor Market – Noon to 2 p.m.
  • Play Zone (Slide, obstacle course, bounce house) – Noon to 6 p.m.
  • Opening Ceremony – 2 to 2:15 p.m. (Main stage)
  • Savannah Pride Vendor Market – 2 to 11 p.m. (Savannah Pride Market)
  • Drag Queen Story Time – 3 to 4 p.m. (Secondary stage)
  • Drag Performances – 3 to 8 p.m. (Main stage)
  • Illuminate Glow Party with DJ Nebula Beatz – 8 to 11 p.m. (Main Stage)
  • Official Savannah Pride After Party at Club One – 11 p.m. (Oct. 25) to 3 a.m. (Oct. 26)

The festival is free for anyone to attend, but there is a Patrons of Pride Pass for those who want to take advantage of an open bar or unlimited mocktails, soda and water.

The pass will offer endless drinks on Saturday and Sunday in the park, plus a Savannah Pride swag bag.
