Jennifer Aniston slams Elon Musk's sex appeal in brutal take down

Jennifer Aniston’s career has seen her portray a wide range of characters with diverse romantic entanglements. From the quirky and sometimes possessive paleontologist, Ross, in “Friends,” to the emotionally detached Gary in “The Break-Up,” and even a dental surgeon who fakes being her husband only to end up marrying her in “Just Go With It,” her on-screen love interests have been varied and memorable.

However, there’s one comparison the actress is quick to dismiss: any suggestion that her character’s love interest resembles tech mogul Elon Musk is something she won’t entertain.

Speaking recently with Vanity Fair, the 56-year-old star shared insights about her role as news anchor Alex Levy in “The Morning Show.” The series delves into the personal and professional lives of those who bring news to the public, weaving in elements of real-world events, such as Donald Trump’s reelection campaign.

“Creating a television series that tackles political journalism in such a polarized climate can be challenging,” Jennifer explained. “The goal is to resonate with viewers across the spectrum.”

The show covers the lives behind the people who report the news to you and tries to include real current events – including Donald Trump’s reelection.

‘Making a TV show about political coverage in a deeply divisive time can be tricky,’ Jennifer said. ‘You want to appeal to all audiences.’

But when she speaks about her love interest in the show, it’s clear she has a less neutral stance about certain subjects.

The brutal take down came after the interviewer suggested Alex’s love interest, billionaire Paul Marks (played by Jon Hamm), reminded them of Elon Musk, 54, due to the pair both being ‘daredevil rocket builders.’

However, Jennifer was quick to shut the comparison down as she scathingly responded: ‘I don’t find him desirable in any way or shape.’

In her own love life, Aniston has most recently been linked to wellness guru and hypnotherapist Jim Curtis, with reports claiming the two vacationed in Mallorca and Big Sur over the summer.

She had previously told Travel + Leisure she tried hypnosis to conquer her fear of flying.

While her rep declined to comment to Vanity Fair about the dating rumors, Aniston follows Curtis on social media, has liked his posts and in May shared a photo of his book Shift: Quantum Manifestation Guide: A Workbook for Coding a New Consciousness.

Within days of paparazzi shots from the Mallorca trip, Curtis’ name was splashed across thousands of online stories.

Elsewhere in the interview, the Murder Mystery actress offered a rare, unguarded look into her private life as she confessed she often wrestles with ‘what to and not to share.’

This included finally breaking her silence about Jimmy Wayne Carwyle, the 48-year-old man from Mississippi, who allegedly crashed his car into the gate of her $21 million Bel Air mansion.

Prosecutors say he had been sending her emails, voicemails, and social media messages for some time prior to her security detaining him until police arrived.

Carwyle, 48, has been charged with felony stalking, vandalism and threatening bodily harm and faces up to three years in jail after what one of Aniston’s lawyers called ‘a two-year campaign of harassment and stalking.’

He has since plead not guilty to felony stalking and felony vandalism, and at press time was deemed mentally incompetent to stand trial.

‘People are out of their minds,’ the actress said. ‘Who wants to put that energy out there.’

She proceeded to stress her security detail, outside her home, is simply ‘necessity’ and ‘not glamorous in any way.’
