DHS: Humanitarian parole fees jump to $1,000 per immigrant

HARLINGEN, Texas (Border Report) — The Department of Homeland Security has introduced a $1,000 fee for immigrants granted humanitarian parole in the United States. This change took effect following an announcement from the department.
