Community Spotlight: Mosaic City Church

In Danville, Illinois, Pastor Lestan Hoskins of Mosaic City Church recently sat down with WCIA’s Mitchell Rife to discuss several upcoming community initiatives.

This Saturday, the church will collaborate with Walmart for an event named “Blessings on the Blacktop.” Recognizing the challenges many families face due to the suspension of SNAP benefits amid the government shutdown, coupled with rising grocery costs, Hoskins emphasized the event’s mission to distribute 75 bags of groceries to local families in need.
