Authorities in Michigan are on the hunt for a woman accused of hurling hot coffee at an employee in a McDonald’s located in Saginaw on Tuesday.

The Buena Vista Police Department reported that surveillance cameras captured the incident early that morning. The footage shows 48-year-old Casharra Brown involved in a tense exchange with the restaurant’s manager on Dixie Highway.

The altercation reportedly arose from Brown’s frustration over a prolonged wait for her online order. She alleged that her delay had exceeded an hour and demanded a refund.

In an effort to track down the suspect, Buena Vista police have made the video of the confrontation public. The footage reveals Brown shouting at the manager, who remains calm despite being called a “liar” multiple times as the situation intensified.

The manager attempted to placate Brown by asserting, “You’ve got your coffee,” and clarifying, “That’s all you were charged for. Your refund will take up to 48 hours to process.”

As the employee tried to exit the scene, the irate customer allegedly removed the lid from a large cup of hot coffee and threw the steaming liquid at the back of the manager’s uniform.

The unidentified manager immediately let out a loud scream as Brown quickly fled the McDonald’s premises while yelling, F*** you, b****!” “Catch that hot a** coffee!”

Police told FOX News Digital that the victim sustained minor injuries.

Following the incident, law enforcement’s video footage on social media prompted an overwhelming public response.

“I must have gotten about 100 tips,” Buena Vista detective Russ Pahssen told MLive.”Within about two minutes, we had her identified.”

These tips prompted a warrant for Brown’s arrest.

Pahssen confirmed that the police department sent a request to the Saginaw County Prosecutor’s Office, to file charges against Brown for felonious assault.
