JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. — Over two years have passed since 23-year-old Tava Woodard tragically lost her life in what authorities describe as a robbery gone wrong. Employed as a clerk at the Roadrunner Market on North Broadway Street in Johnson City, Woodard was working when, according to police, two armed individuals entered the store. After seizing the cash, the gunmen allegedly shot her. While two suspects have been identified, the case remains under scrutiny as authorities continue their investigation.
