Here’s a Simple Solution to the Affordability Crisis: Move to a Red State.

For many young individuals, the continually climbing expenses of housing, groceries, healthcare, and childcare have become unsustainable. A recent poll by Rasmussen Reports in collaboration with The Heartland Institute reveals that nearly 75% of likely voters under the age of 39 perceive housing costs as reaching a “crisis level.” Additionally, only 22% of these individuals believe their economic prospects will surpass those of their parents.

These figures highlight a profound sense of economic despair prevalent among millions of young Americans.

In major cities like New York and Seattle, this disillusionment has led young voters to elect socialist mayors, hoping to tackle the severe cost-of-living challenges unique to these urban areas. However, historical patterns suggest that such socialist approaches may exacerbate, rather than alleviate, these issues.
