(WJHL) — On Saturday evening, the heart of Johnson City came alive with festive cheer as the community gathered at King Commons Park for the much-anticipated 2025 Johnson City Grand Tree Lighting. The event marked the beginning of the city’s Candyland Christmas celebration, with Main Street, King Commons Park, and Founders Park now aglow with the twinkling lights of 180 beautifully decorated Christmas trees.
