Authorities have charged four individuals in connection with an alleged global satanic child exploitation ring, according to police statements.

After investigations by Strike Force Constantine, police uncovered a Sydney-based paedophile network allegedly possessing, distributing and facilitating child abuse material with “ritualistic or satanic themes” through a website administered internationally.

A 39-year-old suspect faces several charges, including the possession of child exploitation material and material depicting bestiality.

Another suspect, aged 42, has been charged with using a communication service to access and possess child exploitation content.

The three accused individuals were denied bail and made a court appearance on Friday.

Police are scheduled to discuss the charges further in a press conference at 11:30 am AEDT.
