Renowned singer D4vd, whose real name is Davide Burke, is reportedly facing an impending murder indictment linked to the tragic death of his alleged underage girlfriend, Celeste Rivas. This development comes amidst a swirling investigation into the circumstances surrounding her untimely demise.

Insiders have revealed to TMZ that the indictment is poised to follow the conclusion of a grand jury’s investigation. This process, which is expected to extend possibly into February, will culminate with the jury casting votes on potential charges. Los Angeles County’s Deputy District Attorney, Beth Silverman, is reportedly convinced of D4vd’s culpability in the case.

In a move to maintain the integrity of the investigation, a judge recently imposed a security hold on the case. This order, prompted by a request from the LAPD, prevents public access to sensitive details such as the cause and manner of death, as well as the autopsy report.

According to earlier reports from CrimeOnline, the remains of Celeste Rivas were discovered on September 8 inside the trunk of D4vd’s Tesla. The vehicle, which had been parked near his rental home in the upscale Hollywood Hills Bird Streets neighborhood, was subsequently located at a tow yard in Hollywood. This discovery followed neighborhood reports of an abandoned vehicle with Texas plates, which alerted authorities on September 6.

As CrimeOnline previously reported, Los Angeles police found the Celeste’s remains on September 8, inside the trunk of Burke’s Tesla. The vehicle had initially been parked near his rental home, in the Hollywood Hills Bird Streets neighborhood.

Police found the vehicle at a tow yard in Hollywood after residents in Hollywood Hills contacted police about an abandoned car with a Texas license plate on September 6.

Celeste’s remains were found a day shy of her 15th birthday.

So far, police have not officially named Burke a suspect in the case, but the death is being treated as a homicide.
