The search for a missing Texas teenager, who vanished on Christmas Eve, has intensified with the release of new dashcam footage that could provide crucial insights into her disappearance. The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office unveiled the video on December 29, which shows a person, likely 19-year-old Camila Mendoza Olmos, walking north on Wildhorse Parkway near her San Antonio home around 7 a.m. on December 24.

While the footage might hold important clues, Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar emphasized during a December 29 press conference, “At present, I’m not able to say with 100 percent certainty that this is [Camila], but the clothing description on the pedestrian certainly does match up with what she was wearing at the time.” He urged the public to review the footage in hopes that other similar videos might surface.

Prior to this dashcam revelation, Camila was last seen in a neighbor’s doorbell camera recording at 6:58 a.m., just outside her home. According to a December 24 statement from the sheriff’s office, the footage showed an individual, believed to be Camila, searching her vehicle for an unidentified item. The clip ends without revealing her subsequent actions, and her car remained at home, suggesting she departed on foot.
