BRISTOL, VA. (WJHL) – On Saturday, the Bristol Action Group, a local organization dedicated to community activism, introduced “The Giving Box,” a project inspired by Shel Silverstein’s beloved book “The Giving Tree.” This initiative was made possible through the generosity of community members who contributed materials, and it was brought to life with the help of Jeff Huffman, who constructed the stand for the box.
