During recent court hearings, Robinson’s defense team has been advocating for restricted media access in this high-profile case. Judge Graf has enforced a restriction on the publication of photos, videos, and live broadcasts that reveal Robinson’s restraints, aiming to uphold his presumption of innocence before trial.
The judge has yet to decide on a defense proposal to prohibit cameras in the courtroom altogether.
