A juvenile has been charged with attempted second-degree murder following a shooting incident in Johnson City, Tennessee, on Tuesday. The Johnson City Police Department (JCPD) reported that officers were dispatched to the Mel Circle neighborhood around 4 p.m. after receiving calls about gunfire. The ensuing investigation revealed that shots had been fired, leading to the serious charge against the young suspect.
