Nicki Minaj has emerged as President Donald Trump’s foremost admirer.

The rapper made a surprise appearance alongside the President on stage during a Wednesday event in Washington, DC, focusing on Trump Accounts.

Wearing a lavish white fur coat and flaunting her lengthy acrylic nails, she gracefully took Trump’s hand, which is known to bruise and bleed easily due to his high aspirin intake.

Trump lauded Minaj for her significant financial contributions to accounts set up for the children of her fans, then deviated from his prepared remarks to invite her to join him on stage, along with Daily Mail contributor Kevin O’Leary.

Despite recent criticism for her vocal support of the President, Minaj, appearing more reserved than usual, expressed her admiration in front of the gathered audience of government officials and business leaders.

“I am probably the president’s No. 1 fan,” Minaj declared confidently from the podium at the Andrew W. Mellon Auditorium. “And that’s not going to change.”

She said any hate towards Trump motivates her and his backers to support him even more.

‘We’re not going to let them get away with bullying him, and, you know, the smear campaigns – it’s not going to work, OK? He has a lot of force behind him, and God is protecting him. Amen?’ she concluded.

Minaj is investing hundreds of thousands of dollars into Trump Accounts to support the children of her incredible fans’

Trump leaned over and said off-mic to the rapper: ‘That is so nice, thank you.’

Minaj sat beside Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent and Trump advisor Alex Bruesewitz at the event in a frigid DC. 

When coming on stage, she shook the President’s hand and then they held hands while standing behind O’Leary for his quick remarks. 

The rapper, who was born in Trinidad and Tobago but raised in Queens, donned chrome-colored, lengthy acrylic fingernails that could have been a hazard to the President’s frail hands.  

Pam Bondi sliced Trump’s hand open with her ring during a high-five at the 2024 Republican National Convention in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. And there are often images of Trump’s right hand being bruised or covered with makeup to conceal discoloration. 

It’s due to his admitted higher-than-recommended daily dose of aspirin. Trump says he’s defying doctor’s orders to take less because he wants to keep his blood thinner and flowing through his heart easier in an effort to avoid a heart attack in his older age.

But Trump didn’t appear concerned with how Minaj’s fingernails might impact his hand health.

He even joked when inviting the rapper on stage about how he’s going to let his nails grow because he likes the length of Minaj’s.

When walking onto the stage in a furry white coat, Minaj shared some air cheek kisses with Trump as they shook hands

‘I just think she’s great,’ Trump said. ‘You know, I’ve been hearing so much over the years because I didn’t know Nicki and I’ve been hearing over the years, she’s a big Trump supporter, a Trump fan, and she took a little heat on occasion.’

‘Her community isn’t necessarily – I’ll tell ya – we did pretty damn well with your community, as we say,’ he added. ‘But Nicki has been an unbelievable supporter.’

Minaj was attending the event Wednesday as a big supporter of his new childhood investment savings accounts, Trump said. 

‘Nicki makes a lot of money and she’s generously stepping up,’ he said.

He detailed: ‘She’s investing hundreds of thousands of dollars in Trump Accounts to support the children and really, the children of her incredible fans. That’s great – focus on that.’

‘Why should you give to somebody else’s fans? Give to your fans. I like that,’ Trump said.
