The Bristol Public Works Department in Tennessee has taken measures to ensure road safety by having crews work in 12-hour shifts. According to News Channel 11’s McKenzie Kane, these teams are tirelessly working around the clock. On Saturday alone, they distributed 500 tons of salt across the roads, and they still have between 900 and 1,000 tons in reserve.
