KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Tennessee quarterback Joey Aguilar is taking legal action, seeking an additional year of eligibility to compete in the upcoming football season. The lawsuit, filed last Friday in the Knox County Chancery Court, contends that Aguilar is entitled to a fourth year of playing Division I football. The filing outlines his case for eligibility, as he aims to extend his collegiate football career.
