Tepe Murders: Accused Stone-faced Killer Surgeon Tormented Former Wife Before Shootings

The recent autopsy results for Spencer and Monique Tepe paint a starkly different picture of their tragic deaths than what was originally reported. Initial findings suggested that Monique had been shot once in the chest, while Spencer had been struck multiple times, with three shell casings discovered at the crime scene. However, the reality was far more brutal.

In a chilling revelation, it was determined that the assailant discharged an entire magazine, firing 16 rounds in total. Both victims suffered fatal head wounds: Monique was shot in the right cheek, while Spencer was hit in the left ear. The comprehensive nature of the attack was confirmed with a total of 16 gunshot wounds found on the victims.

The standard magazine capacity for a handgun typically ranges from 15 to 17 rounds, contingent on the bullet size. This suggests that the shooter was determined and methodical, ensuring no escape for Spencer and Monique, who likely succumbed to their injuries within moments.

Investigators noted that the nature of the injuries and bullet trajectories hinted at some movement from both victims during the shooting. However, the exact distance from which the shots were fired remains unclear, and it is impossible to ascertain the sequence of the shots.

Today, these findings will be discussed further with the insights of a special guest on Nancy Grace’s show, as the search for justice for Spencer and Monique continues.
