The Bristol, Tennessee Police Department (BTPD) is currently holding a suspect involved in a “suspicious death investigation” as they await an immigration detainer. Authorities have identified the suspect as 27-year-old Noe De Jesus Puquir Martinez. His arrest followed a police response to an incident at the 1400 block in Bristol, Tennessee. The BTPD released this information in a recent statement.
