Authorities in Pennsylvania have recently summoned a Maryland woman for her involvement in a road rage incident that resulted in a collision with a motorcycle in Upper Allen Township.
The motorcycle, operated by a man and carrying an 8-year-old girl, was reportedly rear-ended by a Honda Accord during the altercation on October 11, 2025. Upper Allen police stated that the incident escalated into a crash.
The driver of the Honda Accord was identified as 23-year-old Amya Steele. After the collision, Steele allegedly fled the scene but encountered vehicle issues that left her stranded not long afterward.
Steele faces several charges, including aggravated assault, simple assault, reckless endangerment, harassment, and reckless driving.
At the time of the incident, police were gathering information about the road rage event, which involved three motorcycles and a black Honda Accord. They sought assistance from the public, urging anyone who witnessed the behavior of these vehicles to come forward. The police have not disclosed additional details about the case but confirmed Steele attended a preliminary hearing last Thursday and has been moved to county court for further proceedings.
