Supermodel Cindy Crawford seems to defy the passage of time with her smooth skin and vibrant looks.

With decades spent in makeup chairs and dominating fashion runways, Cindy has mastered the art of enhancing her natural allure.

At 60, Cindy appears as radiant as she did during her peak modeling years, owing much to her luxurious daily regimen.

Her illustrious career, spanning more than 30 years, took off in the late 1980s, skyrocketing her to fame.

Globally recognized as a top supermodel, she emerged in the modeling world alongside icons like Linda Evangelista and Naomi Campbell in the 1990s.

A proud mother of two, she has inspired her lookalike daughter Kaia Gerber to pursue a modeling career. Cindy also shares her son Presley, 26, with her husband, Rande Gerber.

Cindy credits her daily routine of skincare, dry brushing, intermittent fasting and working out for looking and feeling her best. 

She launched a skincare range called Meaningful Beauty over 20 years ago with French doctor Jean-Louis Sebagh. 

Cindy says the use of her products help her skin feel tighter and brighter, giving her the ageless glow people always ask about. 

‘When you feel good about yourself and feel confident, you hold your head a little higher and that’s what people really see,’ she told People as she noted a key ingredient in the range is Charentais cantaloupe extract.

Cindy has previously pointed out that she doesn’t stray from Meaningful Beauty’s sun-protectant moisturiser, which has anti-aging properties.

‘It melts into the skin, so it works great under makeup,’ she explained of the winning formula. 

Another anti-ageing wellness secret Cindy swears by to keep wrinkles at bay is to sit in her home sauna.

Cindy has stated in the past that her ‘go-to workout would be 20 minutes of cardio then weights’ three times a week followed up with 30 minutes to an hour of bicep curls, weights, squats and lunges.

Speaking on The Skinny Confidential in 2024, Cindy said: ‘I think part of being healthy is mental health and part of mental health is feeling like you are taking care of yourself and feeling good aobut yourself.

‘I think with women, if we feel good about ourselves we have so much more confidence and so much more to offer. 

‘We raise our hands, we volunteer, we are not hiding in the shadows.’

She added: ‘If I’m at home I do a little bit of intermittent fasting so I don’t usually have breakfast until 10am, I usually work out before breakfast.’

Cindy makes her morning breakfast shake with coconut milk, quarter of a banana, handful of spinach, mint and collagen, protein powder, flax, hemp seeds and maca.

For lunch, the retired model has a source of protein with a salad and aims to avoid gluten ingredients like pasta or bread. 

To finish off her day, Cindy has another source of protein with veg.

Sharing her step-by-step morning regime, Cindy revealed: ‘I tongue scrape then I do dry brushing every morning, that’s the first thing I do every morning.

‘Then I do my own little lymphatic draining with oil, then I do Gua sha on the face, then I go outside every morning and take a jacuzzi and walk in the grass and ground myself.’
