A Year 8 schoolgirl from Sydney‘s south has spoken out about a terrifying bullying incident which saw her punched and her head forced into a toilet.

A 13-year-old student from Kingsgrove North faced a harrowing five-hour ordeal at the hands of a group of female peers. The young victim, whose identity remains confidential, recounted the distressing experience to 9News.

“They repeatedly punched and kicked me,” the student revealed. “They demanded I strip naked, which I refused to do. They insisted I take off my clothes.”

The brutal incident unfolded within the confines of the boys’ bathroom and was captured on a mobile device before being circulated on social media platforms.

“They yanked my hair and forced my head into the toilet bowl several times,” she recounted. “They flushed it repeatedly while I was in there.”

The attack, which occurred inside the boys bathroom, was filmed on a mobile phone and shared on social media.

“They dragged my hair into the toilet bowl, two or three times, they flushed it so many times in there,” she said.

“The boys bathroom, it was already dirty.”

Towards the end she was placed into a large rubbish bin.

In one clip a shoe was forced into the student’s mouth

“The day after that they made me try to kiss their shoe and hit me in the mouth and that made my lip swollen also,” she said.

“I had to kiss both of their feet.”

Towards the end she was placed into a large rubbish bin.

“I thought it was going to be my last day on earth,” she said.

“I thought I was gonna die, maybe I gotta say my prayer, maybe this day is coming for me.”

Three girls aged between 13 and 15 have been charged over the alleged assault.

The girl’s mother told 9News she could not watch the full video.

“Oh my god my heart cries, even now,” she said.

The victim’s mother directed her anger towards the school.

“I think the school could have done a lot more,” she said.

“I don’t think they have done anything, if you can’t look after everyone’s child, don’t take them, don’t take them.”

The Department of Education said in a statement the behaviour is completely unacceptable.

An online fundraiser has now raised almost $15,000 dollars for the Year 8 student.

Support is available by calling Kids Helpline on 1800 55 1800.
