On Saturday morning, a “No Kings” protest outside the Trump National Golf Club in Rancho Palos Verdes turned tumultuous, as tensions escalated into a vociferous exchange. The protestors, gathered along Palos Verdes Drive South, held signs and chanted, while drivers passing by honked in a show of support.
Although the majority of demonstrators maintained a peaceful demeanor, the atmosphere grew heated. Footage from KTLA captured a particularly charged moment when a “No Kings” protestor confronted a counterprotester, who donned a shirt emblazoned with the words, “DEPORT WHITE LIBERAL WOMEN.”
The two men stood mere inches apart, shouting at each other amid cries from the crowd of, “Racist go home!” Despite the escalating tension and the exchange of sharp insults, neither individual resorted to physical aggression.
