Hamas explosives expert Muhammad Dawad killed in Gaza strike, IDF announces

On Wednesday, the Israel Defense Forces reported the successful elimination of Muhammad Dawad, a prominent figure in Hamas known for his expertise in engineering and explosives. This operation occurred on Monday in the northern Gaza Strip.

The IDF highlighted Dawad’s significant role during the conflict, noting his responsibility for creating explosive devices and orchestrating numerous terrorist operations. His actions were considered a direct danger to Israeli soldiers.

Military sources confirmed that Dawad was involved in planning and executing numerous assaults on Israeli troops.

“Our Southern Command units remain vigilant and continue to uphold the ceasefire while actively working to neutralize any pressing threats,” stated the military.
