In a shocking incident that unfolded in Washington County, Tennessee, authorities have taken a Gray resident into custody following a disturbing case of alleged arson. According to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office (WCSO), 32-year-old Dustin Machen was apprehended on Thursday after deputies were dispatched to a residence engulfed in flames. The arrest comes after reports emerged that Machen had reportedly set both his mother and the house ablaze.
