Jordon Hudson, a contestant in the Miss Maine pageant, is reportedly an “outsider” within her own family, with many of her extended relatives yet to meet her boyfriend, Bill Belichick, as revealed to The Daily Mail.

Hudson and Belichick, a six-time Super Bowl champion, began their relationship in 2023 following Belichick’s breakup with his long-term partner of 16 years, Linda Holliday. The couple made their relationship public in June 2024.

Their romance, marked by a 48-year age difference, has faced considerable scrutiny. Friends and family of the esteemed New England Patriots coach have voiced concerns regarding Hudson’s influence over him.

During an interview with CBS Sunday Morning’s Tony Dokoupil last year, Hudson reacted angrily when questioned about their initial meeting, which has since become a notable moment.

Despite the public attention and controversy, Hudson remains a supportive presence for Belichick, particularly during his inaugural season as head coach at the University of North Carolina.

Nonetheless, sources indicate that Hudson maintains minimal contact with her extended family, who describe her as “always hard to get along with.”

A source has told us: ‘A lot of Jordon’s extended family has never met Bill. In fact, she doesn’t have a relationship with many of them and hasn’t talked to them in years.

‘Her extended family is all pretty close and she’s the exception. Many of them aren’t shocked to see her relationship with Bill play out the way it has, but she doesn’t get along even with a lot of her family.

‘She’s always kind of been hard to get along with and the outsider. 

‘They found out about her relationship with Bill like the rest of the world. They found the whole thing really odd. She always kind of just has beat to her own drum.’ 

Hudson seems to be close with her immediate family, however. 

Belichick was spotted sitting next to Hudson’s father, Heath, as they supported her together at the Miss Maine USA contest last year.

Belichick was escorted into the event by security before shaking hands with Heath and smiling at him ahead of the pageant getting started. Heath was also escorted to the front row seats by the former Navy veteran for the second day of the event, hoping to see his daughter, 25, don the winners tiara. 

Hudson was raised by parents Heath and Lee in Provincetown, Maine and is known to have two sisters, Jenna and Becca, and a brother, Jonathon. 

She has revealed in the past that many of her relatives are fishermen and she spent hours as a child on the Maine waters helping her parents’ business.

However, it seems as though Hudson’s parents have separated and her mom has found a new partner.

‘I love sharing my birthday with my sweetheart, Stephen Enos,’ Lee wrote on Facebook in March 2025. ‘Happy Birthday to us, Stevie! Xoxo.’

Like Jordon, Becca and Jenna were also cheerleaders. Jordon and Jenna were both on the Bridgewater State University team and in 2019 she posted a gushing tribute to her sister.

It read: ‘Thank you for continually setting the bar and constantly challenging my skill set. You make me a tougher athlete, and I love you for that. I have some pretty big shoes to fill next year (actually children’s size 3.5).’

When Jenna announced on social media that she was pregnant in March 2025, Hudson commented: ‘Carolina Blue is going to look soooooo good on my nephew!!!!!’

Hudson’s strained relationship with her own extended family comes after Belichick’s daughter-in-law had a furious clash with her at a UNC game back in November.

It’s claimed that Jen Belichick – who is married to Bill’s son, Steve – branded Hudson ‘bats*** crazy ‘ and accused her of ‘f***ing twisting’ the brain of her 73-year-old boyfriend. She also screamed that all Hudson ‘does is control s***,’ the New York Post reported.

Jen Belichick reportedly attacked Hudson over her fashion choices and her body, telling the 25-year-old cheerleader: ‘You also need to eat a burger.’

Hudson, Belichick and his son were all in the room and the Post claims that Jen Belichick had been left ‘furious’ by an interaction she had with Hudson earlier that day.

But, according to reports, his wife insisted she did not care if her attack on Hudson led to Belichick disowning her or even firing his son. She and Steve Belichick have been married for several years.

Hudson and Belichick, 73, have had a quiet few months by their standards since the end of the college football season, where the iconic coach’s University of North Carolina team failed to make the postseason in his first year in charge.

But shortly before February’s Super Bowl, Belichick was inadvertently a huge source of controversy in the football world when he was inexplicably not voted into the Hall of Fame at the first opportunity.

It sparked huge outage – no head coach in the game has won more Super Bowls than Belichick. And while his reputation has taken a hit through his association with Hudson, his football pedigree cannot be disputed.

Days later, Hudson and her 49-years-older boyfriend Belichick were spotted in public for the first time since the Hall of Fame news broke, with Hudson taking a shot at Patriots owner Robert Kraft.

Joining Belichick at a college basketball game, Hudson sported a t-shirt featuring the logo for Orchids of Asia Day Spa, a massage parlor in Jupiter, Florida.

The 84-year-old Patriots chief Kraft, who parted ways with Belichick in January 2024, was caught up in a prostitution sting in 2019. 

Kraft and others were charged in February 2019 in a multi-county investigation of massage parlors that included the secret installation of video cameras in the spas’ lobbies and rooms. Police said that the recordings show Kraft and other men engaging in sex acts with women and paying them.

Kraft visited the Orchids of Asia day spa in Jupiter, Florida twice in a 24-hour span in January, according to police records.

However, he pleaded not guilty and the charges were later dropped after a court ruled the surveillance videos were inadmissible due to privacy violations and unlawful police tactics.
