Teo’s design philosophy is best described as ‘retro modern,’ a style he passionately champions. In an interview with the BBC, he expressed his desire to inspire others, particularly men, to explore interior design without fear of judgment. “Creating a space where you can unwind, escape, and feel at ease is essential for everyone,” he shared.

When it comes to enduring design trends, Teo has a clear favorite: warm wood paneling. He believes its timeless appeal lies in the natural connection it fosters with the outdoors—a connection that, as he aptly puts it, “isn’t going to disappear anytime soon.”

Speaking about the interior design trend that can withstand the test of time, Teo said: “Warm wood panelling is something that will last a lifetime. The natural connection it creates with the outdoors is unmatched. And the outdoors isn’t going to disappear anytime soon.”
