Illegal immigrant accused of groping high school girls in Virginia sparks outrage
Emily Compagno, Kayleigh McEnany, Harris Faulkner, and Steve Doocy delved into the case of Israel Christopher Flores-Ortiz, a 19-year-old undocumented immigrant from El Salvador. Flores-Ortiz faces allegations of molesting 12 female classmates at a high school in Fairfax County, Virginia. The Outnumbered panel criticized the local school district for allegedly concealing these incidents for weeks, in violation of state regulations. They also took aim at the Biden administration’s immigration policies, which reportedly enabled his unauthorized entry into the U.S. in 2024.
In another disturbing case, federal authorities confirmed to Fox News that a man from Louisiana, who admitted guilt in the rape and impregnation of his 12-year-old relative, is an undocumented immigrant from Honduras.
Jose Lopez-Montoya, age 41 and referred to by local outlets as a “Lake Charles man,” could face a prison sentence of up to 99 years for his repeated abuse of the young girl.
The Department of Homeland Security informed Fox News that Lopez-Montoya is a citizen of Honduras, who illegally entered the United States in 2011 during the Obama administration.
The DHS added that Lopez-Montoya is currently under a federal immigration detainer. “The media is once again shielding a criminal illegal alien,” the agency stated. “Lopez-Montoya has pleaded guilty to incest, having raped and impregnated his young relative. ICE is collaborating with our partners in Louisiana to ensure this predator is never free in American communities again.”

“This ‘Lake Charles Man’ is actually an illegal alien from Honduras who admitted to illegally entering the U.S. in 2011,” DHS added.

The victim later gave birth in July 2024 and Lopez-Montoya admitted the child was his, according to KPLC.
Authorities said the abuse took place over a two-year period while Lopez-Montoya served as the girl’s guardian.

Lopez-Montoya was arrested on two counts of first-degree rape and is also subject to an immigration detainer.
He pleaded guilty this week to aggravated crimes against nature by incest and faces 25 to 99 years in prison, according to KPLC.
His sentencing is scheduled for April 28.
