Creepy details in photos of Kardashian mansion Kris Jenner can't sell

Kris Jenner’s iconic Hidden Hills estate, prominently featured on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, remains unsold more than a year after hitting the real estate market. Despite its hefty $13.5 million price tag, the momager has remained firm on the asking price.

The luxurious six-bedroom, eight-bathroom residence initially attracted significant media attention. However, it has lingered for over 430 days without any listing updates or serious buyer interest.

Once a vibrant backdrop for the Kardashians’ on-screen dramas, the mansion now stands vacant, leaving fans speculating about the reasons for its prolonged stay on the market.

Among its distinctive features, one bathroom stands out with dark black and brown tiles, a black sink, and a curious brown door equipped with three locks, which has puzzled potential buyers.

Jenner discreetly vacated the home before listing it in early 2025, opting to move to another mansion within the prestigious Hidden Hills community.

In preparing the property for sale, she removed the recognizable furniture and décor that had become synonymous with the popular E! series, stripping the house of its personal Kardashian flair.

Instead, the property has been professionally staged – with buyers even given the option to purchase the furnishings for an additional $400,000.

But even with its makeover, the home’s aesthetic – all black–and–white tiles, the curving dual staircase, mirrored closets – may be a curse.

The listing agent, Tomer Fridman won’t talk about the house – or why the bathroom has a cluster of locks. He was happy to chat with the Daily Mail back in March 2025, after it first listed for sale.

He called it easily recognizable due to its famous black and white checked foyer, multiple fireplaces and built in frozen yogurt machine, often seen on TV.

The family’s reality show was filmed in the home for many seasons, but the cast flew the nest and started moving to nearby Calabasas to buy their own mansions.

‘I think in this case the house is a celebrity. I think that’s the rarity here,’ Fridman said. ‘It’s a very beloved home that a lot of us grew up watching.’

Fridman added that he thinks the value of the ‘iconic’ home is higher due to its ‘pedigree.’

Fridman wouldn’t tell potential buyers the history of the home, but says everyone he has showed it to so far immediately recognizes where it’s from.

‘Prior to going on the market we had a handful of VIP clients go in that had been looking in the area and the price range.

‘And people were in shock because they immediately know what home they’re in,’ he said.

Maybe that’s not a good thing.

Jenner’s also got a major problem bigger than the house.

The once red–hot Hidden Hills luxury market has cooled significantly since its pandemic–era boom, so ultra–pricey homes are now sitting longer as buyers grow more selective.

The wealthy momager is reportedly still paying the hefty carrying costs on the home, including property taxes estimated at more than $60,000 a year, plus bills to maintain the home, along with staging fees that are estimated to be $20,000 a month.

Still, she appears to be in no rush whatsoever to sell, and hasn’t budged on price.
