In Washington County, Tennessee, an inmate who allegedly escaped from the Washington County Detention Center Workhouse and subsequently led police on a chase has made a court appearance. The 39-year-old, identified as Justin Edward Painter, is facing several felony charges related to his purported escape and the theft of a vehicle. According to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office (WCSO), multiple incidents are connected to this case.
