Beginning her journey in early February with a starting weight of 80.4 kilograms, Louise achieved a remarkable transformation. By March 1st, just 27 days into the challenge, her progress was evident as she weighed in at 70.9 kilograms.

‘These were clothes I couldn’t even get on before. And now… they fit,’ she said.

Beyond feeling more comfortable in her body, Louise shared that she’s also noticed better sleep, stronger nails, healthier hair, and clearer skin.

‘I was in a terrible rut,’ Louise said of her previous efforts to lose the extra kilograms she’d gained, but ‘nothing ever stuck.’

Four weeks later, Louise says she is thrilled with the results and her new routine. ‘I feel more in control, and finally back into a routine,’ she said.

‘Having a clear plan made it so much easier. It stopped me from making excuses and saying I’d start ‘tomorrow’.’

‘I have two shakes a day for brekky and lunch, along with two low-calorie snacks and a healthy dinner,’ Natalie said. ‘I eat approximately 1,300 to 1,500 calories a day to remain in a calorie deficit.’

‘I’m 7.7kg down. I am so impressed. Feeling more confident, energised, and excited for the first time in years. Time to buy new swimwear for summer,’ she said.
