In a tragic incident that unfolded on April 23, the Bristol, Virginia Police Department (BVPD) has announced the filing of additional charges connected to the heartbreaking death of a three-year-old boy. The child lost his life when a farm tractor tragically overturned, pinning him beneath it. The investigation revealed that the young boy had been sitting on the lap of his 21-year-old father, Austin Tyler-Raymond Tester, at the time of the accident.
