Spencer Pratt transforms into Batman in 'amazing' new video

In a creative twist reminiscent of a Hollywood epic, a new AI-generated video has catapulted Spencer Pratt into the limelight, casting him as a superhero akin to Batman. This inventive portrayal comes at a crucial time, as Pratt gains traction in the Los Angeles mayoral race just weeks before voters head to the polls.

The video depicts a dystopian version of Los Angeles, where the city cries out for rescue from the grip of the Democratic establishment. In this narrative, current Mayor Karen Bass is cast as the nefarious Joker, adding a dramatic edge to the story.

Among the other notable figures lampooned in the video are Governor Gavin Newsom and Vice President Kamala Harris. The former is shown indulging in cake, while the latter partakes in alcohol at a grand Victorian-themed ball attended by the elite. The socialist challenger for mayor, Nithya Raman, is humorously depicted as a puppet being manipulated by unseen strings.

The elite characters in the video are portrayed as jeering at ordinary Los Angeles citizens who plead for assistance from their elected officials. One poignant scene shows a desperate character begging for help, citing the danger posed by homeless drug addicts near schools. In a display of force, agents bearing the insignia of the Democratic Socialists of America—an organization affiliated with Raman—shove the character to the ground.

Adding a layer of irony, Harris is heard asserting, “Bass already solved crime, I already endorsed her,” a nod to her recent endorsement of the incumbent mayor. This narrative device cleverly critiques the perceived disconnect between political elites and the everyday struggles faced by Angelenos.

At one point, Harris says: “Bass already solved crime, I already endorsed her,” referencing the former vice president’s recent support for the incumbent.

Pratt himself then swoops into action, outfitting himself in Batman-like gear before storming into the banquet as another character pleads for help.

“I just want to rebuild my home. It’s been over a year,” the man says, referencing the January 2025 wildfires that devastated the Pacific Palisades, destroying Pratt’s home.

Finally, Pratt is shown leading a charge of AI-generated Angelenos tossing tomatoes at Harris, Newsom and Bass.

The video was posted by Charles Curran, who describes himself as a filmmaker involved with Menace, a “private production entity pioneering synthetic images for select creative partners.”

“LA is worth saving. Vote Spencer Pratt,” he wrote in post on X, which Pratt re-shared to his account.

Praise for the ad has come from across the political spectrum.

Jeb Bush, the former governor of Florida and brother of former President George W. Bush, described it as “the best political ad of the year” in a post on X.

“This isn’t an ad put out by his campaign*… which makes it even more amazing,” Jennifer Van Laar wrote on X.

The video has garnered over 3.5 million views on the platform.

The California Post has reached out to Pratt campaign, as well as the other politicians featured in the clip, for comment.

The mayoral primaries are set for June 2. If no candidate secures more than 50% of the vote, the top two will advance to the November general election.
