A dramatic video from West Hollywood has emerged, capturing a knockout that left a man unconscious on the sidewalk outside a local bar.
The incident unfolded on Santa Monica Boulevard, near Palm Avenue, at around 11 p.m. on Thursday outside Trunks, a popular bar in an area bustling with nightlife and eateries.
The footage reveals a confrontation between two men; one is wearing a yellow shirt, while the other sports a black-and-white tee. The exchange becomes physical as they engage in a flurry of punches. The man in the yellow shirt then forcefully shoves his opponent in the chest, sending him tumbling to the ground.
A voice capturing the scene on video can be heard shouting, “Hey!” as the altercation unfolds.

The man on the ground appears dazed and unable to rise. A bystander, holding a takeout bag, approaches to check on him, while another individual exits the bar to offer words of concern.
After the dust settled, the man in the yellow shirt seemed to posture confidently, as if prepared for further confrontation.
Video footage from the fight was sent to the West Hollywood Sheriff’s station, which happens to be directly across the street from the where the fight happened.
The California Post reached out to the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department for any updates and details.
The fight is not the first for the West Hollywood area.
Two female hot dog peddlers screamed and yanked at each other just around a week ago in the Rainbow District. Another fight in April had several brawlers throwing punches, with one shockingly seen being dragged into oncoming traffic. And earlier in March, a mass brawl broke out at a West Hollywood gay bar during the day.
Social media users lamented on the decline of the area in the most recent event.
“Weho isnât weho anymore, end of an era, twas fun while it lasted,” one user said.
