She posted her first update for her fans on social media three days after her scary collapse, writing in a letter that, ‘Hi friends, as you may have heard, I’m dealing with some unexpected health challenges.’

‘It’s been a scary few days but I can feel your prayers and can’t stop thinking about you,’ the former American Idol contestant wrote.

Adding that she was ‘heartbroken’ that her health scare resulted in a delay of her new EP at the time, the Nobody Love singer noted that, ‘I won’t let this hurdle prevent the music from being yours….I love you all so much and I’m truly overwhelmed by all the love and care.’
