Katie Price makes it through MasterChef round

Katie Price successfully advanced to the next stage of Celebrity MasterChef in Monday’s pre-recorded episode, despite having been rushed to the hospital earlier that morning with an eye injury following an alleged assault.

During the episode, Katie, 43, impressed judges John Torode and Gregg Wallace with her rendition of toad in the hole. Reflecting on her progress, she shared with the cameras, “I’m really happy that I’m still in, really happy. I’m excited and nervous. Never underestimate the Pricey.”

In this round, Katie competed against fellow celebrities, including Joe Swash, former footballer Dion Dublin, actor Melissa Johns, and furniture expert Will Kirk. Ultimately, it was Will Kirk who was eliminated at the episode’s conclusion.

“With COVID, I’ve spent more time in the kitchen, but the challenge with this show is that you can’t use tinned stuff,” Katie remarked lightheartedly.

She further added, “You have to make it from scratch. I’m like a school dinner lady. Big pots, five kids, and I just chuck it all in.”

‘Then I saw a car parked across the road for ages. Around half an hour after that I heard loads of talking.

‘I came downstairs to see what was going, but I don’t know what time it was because I didn’t have my phone with me. I didn’t see or hear any cops. I didn’t see any blue lights.’

Another said: ‘We heard an argument at about 11pm. I didn’t hear anything at 1.30am when the police were supposed to have been called because I was asleep.

‘I know that Katie Price had been living next door. I don’t think I had heard any big arguments before last night.’
