LI illegal migrant's motive for stabbing upstairs neighbor 50 times revealed

Revealed: Shocking Reason Behind LI Migrant’s Violent Attack on Neighbor

In a chilling incident on Long Island, a disturbed individual, who was residing in the country illegally, allegedly murdered his upstairs neighbor in a frenzied attack involving 50 stab wounds. Prosecutors revealed this disturbing motive on Tuesday as the accused entered a plea of not guilty to charges of killing two women.

Rony Yahir Alvarenga Rivera, aged 22, reportedly confessed to police that his first victim, Eddy Raquel Hernandez Castillo, was targeted on April 30 because the noise from her high heels and loud phone conversations had become intolerable for him.

“He expressed his frustration with the noise she was making, particularly her high heels and loud phone usage,” explained Nassau County District Attorney Anne Donnelly during a press briefing. “Upon his arrest, he was found with his clothing soaked in blood.”

Rivera, originally from El Salvador, entered the United States illegally as a 12-year-old in 2016, as noted by federal officials. This background adds another layer to the narrative of his alleged crimes.

Following the brutal killing, Nassau prosecutors disclosed that Rivera anticipated his inevitable capture, prompting him to plan a second lethal assault. Just after midnight on May 1, Rivera allegedly drove to his workplace at a Wendy’s in Lynbrook. There, he lay in wait by a dumpster for nearly thirty minutes before ambushing his coworker, Ana Maria de Aguila Cordova, a 42-year-old mother of three, as she stepped outside to dispose of trash.

Shortly after midnight on May 1, Rivera allegedly drove to his job at a Lynbrook Wendy’s and waited outside by a dumpster for nearly a half hour before he ambushed coworker Ana Maria de Aguila Cordova, a 42-year-old mother of three, when she came out to take out the trash.

Rivera had a “beef” with Corodova and felt “disrespected” by her, and stabbed her upwards of 30 times during the bloody assault, the DA’s office said.

The maniac then called the cops on himself from an area 7-Eleven, police said.

Rivera, 22, allegedly confessed to both slayings, but pleaded not guilty as he was arraigned on murder and other charges in Nassau County court on Tuesday.
